*Exhibition Overview

The Palazzo del Fulgor hosts the exhibition Antonio D’Agostino. Fluxus Images – Photographs from the 1970s, a tribute to the late Italian experimental artist Antonio D’Agostino (1938–2025). The exhibition explores the vibrant energy of the Fluxus movement, as seen through the lens of D’Agostino, who immortalized pivotal moments during performances and happenings, including Art Basel in 1974.

*About the Fluxus Movement

Fluxus was founded by George Maciunas in the United States during the 1950s and spread to Europe and Japan, involving a network of avant-garde artists. Known for its blend of visual art, performance, and experimental music, Fluxus challenged conventional boundaries and celebrated spontaneity and collaboration.
